Ryzen 7 9800x3d low perfomance

With ryzen 7 9800x3d in cs2 i have 410 avr fps. My gpu - rtx 3070. What's the problem. Can you help me solve this.

Its the GPU. I had the same combo. I upgraded GPU and my fps went up. But I am on 1440p resolution

Try this , got a fps boost and the game feels A LOT more responsive also try Latency Optimiser .I belive this is the only one that really made a difference , at least for me. Give it a try because the devs are focusing on skins or getting more money to valve instead of optimising this game...

I have 9800x3d and 5070 and the FPS varies a lot. On some maps and game modes I average 600 fps and on some 400.

bcs with ryzen 7 5700x3d and rtx 4060 on this map i get - Avg=513.3, P1=222.4 26

You should get more with this setup.

Yes benchmark map from workshop. res - 1920x1080. I dont know mb I got a defective cpu. temperature in game ~55-65

I looked a lot of tests and i think its not a normal, average fps with you card and cpu should be ~ 800

Nope, 400-600 fps with 9800X3D and 5070 is completely normal. You only get 800 fps in the benchmark. In-game it depends completely on the map and what's on your screen. 7900XTX is slightly beefier than 5070:

well. my setup ryzen 9800x3d rtx 3070 ddr 5 6000 low settings 1920*1080 max 480 fps on benchmark map it's ok or no? My gpu is bottleneck?
