he announced it a couple of hours ago along with other collections, they can be exchanged or sold in a week or two, I don't remember

You can only get it from drops...
The few people that already have it are unable to sell it for 1 week due to trade lock so give it some time and they will be available on the market...

TLDR Just give it a couple months they will be super cheap.
