Headshot makes my fps drop and freeze game
So as the title states, the issue happens when I get random headshot the game freezes, FPS drops pretty bad. I have tried couple of fixes which I will list here.
CPU: 5800x
GPU: 1080 advanced edition
Ram: 32 GB
I tried to increase shader chache, delete the drivers and reinstall, reinstalled the game, adjusted the settings from top to bottom, barely any difference actually. I verified the files of the game, all seems fine. I have forced the game to take priority on high, forced via steam launcher settings high and threads 16, there is barely any difference as why it happens. Shader DirectX Chache has been cleaned too from the windows disk clean up. Any ideas as what might make this go away?

There is nothing else happening or hanging the system, as I had checked. Majority of the issue happens when I get a headshot, be it an instant kill or general. AWP as well I noticed during the game to make my game freeze when I get shot or be it killed. All files are verified, everything is cleanly installed and still it lags at those given intervals for no reason. Overall the game runs pretty nicely excluding these events.

Res is 2560x1440 and settings are set at high, fidelityfx is turned on balanced, yet the FPS dips to the point game freezes and I can't fight back.
it happens from net lapse, at times ping goes randomly to 1-2k for me, my specs are pretty similar to yours, unless some enemy have certain cheat that makes your client freeze or idk, but most annoying is that i have to verify files like in this moment cuz i was playing deathmatch and probably someone voted me, but i never cheat in games and the only things running are discord and youtube xD
update: i restarted steam after verify files and now i can play deathmatch again !!!
in the past years when i was much better at shooters i had to do that like 10 times a week from being reported often xD

It is not even ping that is causing issues, I have the telemetry on, it would indicate spikes. I run 600 download and 400 upload fiber.
