i have now played multiple games of cs2 if not hundreds how ever no matter how good i play i wil never get a better rank than silver 3 example my friend and i have lost our rank on basalt we win 2 games and i top frag by a big margin with 6 mvp's in the first game and 5 in the second my frind bottom frags twice with less than 1000 damage the only stat he has that is higher than mine i headshot percentage when we get our ranks he gets gold nova 4 and i get silver 1 how does this make sense and is headshot percentage the way to rnak up or what i just need to know because it aint the first time that has happend i bassicly happends every time whe play he gets in a higher rank even thogh im by far the best player on the team and im no matter what stuck in silver even if i top frag with the most mvp's when we get in a match with people is his rank so gold nova 4 - master guardian and i have no higher rank than silver elite master on any map

i generally play better and both me adn my friends agree that my gameplay is most often supiror to hes as he can outfrag me but my game sense and calls utility use is way better so thats why i just dont understand it

No its not all about headshots. But it takes more than 2 matches to be ranked. Maybe those other 8 matches had something to do with it.
