high ping suddenly in Dubai server

Hi everyone
I used to play on Dubai server with ping of 7-15 ms,
but since the past week, my ping is more than 100 ms, while in other games I get normal ping with no issues. my internet is fast and everything is good on my side, but idk why I'm getting this issue, my friend who lives near me (less than 1km distance) is getting normal ping of 7-15 ms. I tried to contact customer support but i gained nothing.

it is not even a solution, what is the difference when all server are above 100 ping. i used to play on Dubai for a reason
