csgo low memory warning at start
idk why theres clearly ram like free i have 64gb of 3200mhz ram its 46% used at the moment so theres heaps of room for csgo to use, idk why that popping up

Yeah it's correct. Better to use system managed page file even if you got huge amount of RAM, just windows feature.
