Scam Alert: Fake Steam Support + Skype Link! / 警惕假冒Steam客服骗局

⚠️ I recently encountered a scam attempt where someone pretended to be a scam victim and sent me a fake Steam Support message saying I was reported. Then they asked me to contact a “Steam Moderator” through a Skype link.

⚠️ Steam will NEVER ask users to contact support through Skype or any external platforms.

This is a phishing scam to trick people into giving away their items or account access.

If you receive messages claiming you’re being reported and asking you to click links to “appeal”, it’s 100% fake.

Block and report them immediately. Stay safe out there!

重点是——他让我点击一个 Skype 链接，说那是 Steam 的工作人员。

⚠️ Steam 官方**绝不会通过 Skype 或其他外部工具联系玩家**，也不会要求你去点击链接联系客服或申诉封号。

这是典型的钓鱼诈骗，目的是让你信以为真后，诱导你交出饰品或账号信息。

如果你收到类似“你被举报”、“联系客服申诉”的信息，并附带链接，请务必提高警惕！

Yeah, I get that — but I actually ran into this exact scam just yesterday. Someone pretended to be a victim and claimed that a scammer was impersonating me to steal their items. I figured I'd post about it just in case someone else falls for it. Better safe than sorry
