Statter issue on RX 7800 XT

I have statter isses for a couple of days now. I build brand new PC, the GPU is RX 7800 XT, and I have intel i5 14600kf, temperatures are perfect, usage is perfect for both cpu and gpu. I installed the latest drivers on a brand new windows 11 and I installed counter like 4 days ago. I disabled all of Radeon Graphic options like Radeon Super Resolution, Amd Fluid Motion frames and so on. I also disabled all in game graphic settings. I tried to lower my resolution and video settings to LOW, but it didn't help. Also the ping is about 10-15 so internet is also good.

I don't even know what to try next...I playes other games like battlefield 1, battlefield 5 in 4k resolution withouth any issues. Please if someone have any info, I would be very thankfull.
