I agree its easily exploitable as it sits right now. Its almost as bad as COD's report abuse which is absolutely abused to no end, They should at least have someone review before giving the cool down. Would probably take 10 seconds to do so. It hasn't effected me personally but i waiting for the day it does.

So what about the stacks that report for griefing if they a female, They just dont like your voice, You was too slow to the site, You didn't 360 no scope, Etc.

yes it is, but I guess not enough actually innocent people are getting false griefing reports cooldowns so Valve are unfortunately fine to roll with it

given how they've been testing out their VAC Live stuff, handing out VAC Live temporary global cooldowns (in the past at least) to people on new accounts (having low trust factor) just for their network problems in many instances, Valve seem to be fine with false positives as long as they're not permanent and aren't shown on the Steam profile.
