Why aren't there any VAC BAN WAVES anymore?
There used to be at least one or two times per year where VAC unloads the big gun, by banning thousands of cheaters at once.

Why did this stop from happening?

Has Valve stopped acting against cheaters or is it just done in a more hidden way nowadays?

valve prob just does it more silently now or they changed how bans work maybe instead of big waves they ban in smaller amounts over time so cheaters dont notice patterns also could be that they rely more on overwatch and trust factor than vac now
So all people that get a VAC Ban in 2025 are using old cheats which have been detected for a while?

So there is no more detection for the cheats itself, they only watch the gameplay of the accused player?

How is this done without overwatch?!

Are there really people using chairs on a level 105 Steam Account and can't be detected?

Yes, also my other friends, most lvl 100+ chair users are private chair users, that is impossible for the ac. to catch.

They cant do nothing....... if you want fairplay, you have to start use cheat too
I really don't wanna do that and keep my hopes up that something can be done, I mean FaceIT did it once, but at the moment they seem to struggle too.

It’ll happen one day maybe not this year or the next but eventually it happens just don’t hit over 25k on prem and they likely won’t manual ban you (I had 3 29k accs all manual ban but the ban doesn’t show on profile 😂

I've seen people cheating on lv700 steam accs and expensive inventories. Without Overwatch there is no reason for players to hide it.
Valve only care about cases. they lack the brainpower or will to fix the cheating problem ,
