The game's matchmaking is designed to match you up in the same team with weak players, even if they are on the same RANK (but not skill) as yours. VALVE KNOWS who is good or not, and the matchmaking is designed to have a bad player on your team and make you lose.
There are 2 solutions only: always playing with people you know they are good players (which is impossible), or cheating. It's impossible to level up if you search for a mate through matchmaking, you always get matched with a really bad player (compared to your own level).

If the players at your rank are that bad it should be easy to rank up out of that.

Also looking here we can see you often do much worse than your teammates, Meaning your teammates are much better not worse...

If its rigged for one player to be worse than his teammate, then the opposite is also true.

I never find a partner who can play better than me, never. And that can't be a coincidence, matchmaking is programmed this way, i have played hundreds of matches.
They know everything and the matchmaking is rigged.

In wingman i don't know why i play with my best friend i'm DMG and he was MGE, we were in a winning streak then did not play for like four days and today we come back and we see both of us have lost one rank, wtf cs ?

yes exactly, but it's not only a random player, but a WEAK player, they do it on purpose. Solo queuing = DEFEAT . Why Valve made the matchmaking so f****** trashy ? WHY
