Matchmaking is terrible
Get the "Get Gud" comments out of your system. The random ass matchmaking in CS2 is worse than CSGO ever was. When you see your teammates have 1-2 commendations, you mentally have to give up. They're just not good enough to win the game; they're new. You can't get mad at them; you have to get mad at how ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Valve's matchmaking is.

Look at my CS2 review. I say everything you need to see. Yes, if you get a team with competent teammates, the game is a god-tier one-of-a-kind experience that only PC Gamers can go through. But the majority of games are sadly with people new to the game unless you queue with people you know irl that play CS2, which in Dec 2024 day and age is no one, unless you join a super in-depth PC Gaming club at a university or random ass discord server with the chance to play with people even worse than the randoms.

Rant over. I'm sorry I had to let it out. Call me bad or sad. I love CS. I just wish Valve could matchmake me with people that have similar skill level with me that know smokes, flashes, and how to trade kill.

idk what else to say other than i agree. 1 game i have ass teammates then the next i got compitant ones. even if we lose at least my teammates tried but i dont even get that. in csgo id always get ppl within 2 or 3 ranks and they would actually play like those ranks. now i get people like 5 to 7k elo higher or lower and sometimes the high elo guy sucks ass and the low elo guy is obviously a well rounded player. cant explain.
