Will a gamebanana skins mod get me vacced?

https://gamebanana.com/mods/471417 is the mod, and I was wondering if I could play with it on VAC secured servers or matchmaking, as I know about cs source mods don't get you banned, but would this?

VAC is disabled

If you want to do it.

Right click CS2 > properties > launch options > type -insecure.

No, you won't be banned cuz VAC is disabled after you execute that command.

no but the surf server I want to play is VAC secured so would I be banned if I didn't disable VAC?

Yes, you will get banned cuz modifying the game files is prohibited if you're connecting on VAC secured server.

The author explained that you can't play on official valve servers with it.
