Premier ranking system

I've got so frustrated, I'm receiving every game -500 +100 (200) games against stack of 5 people in which 1 is low rank and mostly smurf. I have to win 4 games to compensate 1 lose. Is it a joke? No way to go higher, just standing on 1 rank till i lose 2 games in a row and receive just -500. This system is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ broken. Who knows how to fix? (I know that faceit exist guys)

okay? But that doesnt change that it seems to be mostly even gain/loss

you can see before i had 4 games which gave me +701, then ive lost 2 which reduce rating by 820. So i had -119 despite i won 2x more games than lost :) i dont think its ok, really.

No i cant. It doesnt show you lost 820 anywhere there. nor does it say you ever gained 701.

I summed up 4 games i won and 2 games i lost. And there are still no full stats.

I don't understand also why so many times it feels randoms have to get to play vs full stack

I dont understand why stack has the advantage in +- rating system. As i know on faceit stack receive penalty, in Premier stack receive advantage, most of the games they have its +300-450 and -100-200. It's strange logic without any sense.
