Hello guys,
cant start practice and game insta kick out the friend what is the issue ?

What exact disconnect message does your friend get? Also, can you start the same practice map alone, or does it fail before anyone joins? Those are two different failure points.

If solo practice works, have your friend try that map alone too, then note whether they get kicked while loading or only after entering your game. Please include both operating systems, the map name, and whether you're starting Practice from a party lobby or joining a separate community/private server. With the exact message we can narrow this down without guessing at launch options or network changes.
