ban
Hello, please help me solve the problem. It’s possible that my CS account was hacked, but I didn’t play on Thursday, and I was banned for 180 days. Steam has protection in place — please help figure this out.

You are Cheating, there's the problem.
You see, this isn’t the first time I’ve been hacked and blocked, but I changed my password and linked it to my phone, and yet again someone was playing in my place, and I didn’t get any notifications about it. I just don’t understand how to solve this problem.
A 180-day duration alone doesn't tell us the restriction type or establish that your account was hacked. What is the exact message shown in CS2 or Steam? Please share the wording with personal information hidden.

If you suspect someone accessed your account, secure it now rather than waiting for the timer: Valve's recovery instructions say to check your computer for malware and secure the linked email account before resetting the Steam password. Use the official recovery page if you cannot regain access:

Keep passwords, Steam Guard codes and recovery evidence out of this discussion; provide ownership evidence only through Steam Support. Account recovery and the restriction are separate issues, so recovering access should not be treated as a promise that the restriction will disappear. Nobody here can identify its cause from the number of days alone.
