Wave ban false positive

I've noticed a lot of people getting VAC-banned for no reason; it happened to me, too. I've never used cheats in my life—I've been playing this game for over 10 years. If I got banned for smurfing, that would be one thing, but a VAC ban for cheating? WTF? It came out of nowhere, for absolutely no reason. And I don't even play Special or Competitive modes; I only play on GC.

What kind of joke is this? Why am I getting a 24-hour ban? Trolls come along, report us, and then you hand out 24-hour bans. I want to know the reason for this ban; it doesn't seem right. I want to know what I supposedly did—I don't use cheats, I don't kill teammates indiscriminately, and I always play as a team. Please take proper action instead of banning people for no reason. Lift the ban so I can play with my friends on FACEIT, and next time, handle things better—don't just ban people arbitrarily. It’s not fair to ban me when I haven't done anything wrong. Thanks; I'm waiting for you to lift this ban.

Ты радуйся, тебе всего лишь дали блокировку на 24 часа, а многим после ночного обновления постоянный бан в игре, вердикт один и тот же, много жалоб, расмотренные матчи патрулем увидели использование ПО, чтобы получить преимущество и так далее. Но вот не задача, на ПК нету никаких читов, акки не передавались, взлома не было, единственное играл с нескольких аккаунтов в течении 2 недель. И то даже тут, пострадала пятая часть аккаунтов,а не все. Причем есть акк где играл 2 недели назад , есть где на той неделе, на этой ни на одном не играл. Напоминает волну ошибочных банов осенью. Есть надежда на фикс.

This is my second acc, i'm not playing valve servers i only played Gamers club is similar faceit, and i'm lvl 18 (0 - 20 lvl in Gamers Club)

I never use cheat, 55% headshot is because i'm played 10 years this game, and 55% i think is low for me
