To avoid gratifying the cheaters and Valve, the vast Counter-Strike community should boycott the game and stop playing it for a while!

I am totally agree with your thoughts, as valve can prevent it but don't know why they are just ignoring cheaters , may be valve itself selling the cheating software :) and making good profits form it
