I followed every step in the process to report boosting accounts, including providing screenshots, profile links, and all the necessary details, but it seems like nothing is being done. This lack of action is frustrating, especially when these lobbies are ruining the experience for everyone.

They are getting shadow trade bans. Making it so the farmers can't trade items out of the accounts. The actual bans take a while. Valve is trolling the caught bot farms.
If the bans were instant and obvious, they would just switch to new accounts instantly after being caught.
Also valve implemented shadow bans that don't show on the steam profiles, so it could also be that.

youre making that up. dont even waste your time trying to report them via mail. they dont give a ♥♥♥♥ while deathmatch is full with walk bots with aimbot.

That post is from years ago and I don't think they are addressing the issue.
This issue with farm bots, (steam accounts with random code names) can always be found on dm servers farming xp. They vote kick every ordinary player so it is hard to catch them.
I just encountered them today and took a screenshot.

Among top 100 Priemier players there are some obvious cheaters and they are still playing without getting banned, and I'm talking about rage cheating, they are not even hiding it. Then what you expect form Valve to do about other cheaters when they can't candle the big ones?
