I haven't encountered these servers with pure bots in northern Europe. I think it's more common in Asia, not saying i doubt they exist but i don't think they have a significant impact on the player count
not that much people are playing regularly there though.. I guess not much people want CS:GO back after all

both Supremacy CSGO and ClassiCounter are just community server projects for official versions of real CS:GO, you download a real CS:GO version that is now outdated and play with people that share your opinion (that CS2 is worse than CSGO). ClassiCounter is using an older version of CS:GO than Supremacy.
oh and also if you don't want community-made projects just download "csgo_legacy" beta and play on community servers there.
