I'm not going to check that site for myself.

But, all third party trading/gambling sites are largely varying degrees of a scam. Getting a ban would be the least of your worries. Your account could be hijacked, any items of value or Steam Wallet funds you have could be stolen, and they will not be returned. You could lose access to your account and it will be used to try and scam everyone in your friends list.
