Audio dropping every few minutes while using a USB-powered audio interface (Scarlet Solo)

I've had this issue since Win 11 and it especially effects rocket league and CS2.

I think I found a fix which I haven't seen people talking about much online, but thought I'd share in case it helps anybody.

My polling rate on my gaming peripherals were causing audio issues and lag across any demanding game which I finally figured out today. Mouse at 1000hz, gaming controller at 1000h, and wireless keyboard at 1000hz all plugged in at the same time. All of them running at such a high rate was causing a buffer build up on the USB bus, where my audio interface is plugged in leading to the sound dropping out.

I turned all devices down to 250hz and haven't had a crash since.

If you guys are having audio issues, especially if you use a usb audio interface maybe try this and see what hz your peripherals run at
