Fps stuck at 20 in menu

Guys idk since a random day my cs game menu fps is stuck on 20fps i tried everything Nvidia setting, in game settings...it still capped at 20 but when I start a game the fps goes as normal but only in main menus it's sucks and yk at 20fps how it stucks a bit n that's annoying...
