i have 4 accounts and got banned in 2
Hey everyone, I’m here hoping to get some help with a problem.

There are four brothers in my family, and we all play on the same PC. We’ve never had a problem with that since we all have work and different schedules.

Two days ago, I was surprised to see that my account and one of my brothers’ accounts had been banned. We were really confused and honestly shocked. I sent emails to Steam, but the response just says that the bans are permanent.

Guys, I swear there have been no hacks or cheats used on this PC. I asked all of my brothers, made sure they checked every game, and I even checked our gameplay footage. There was no aimbot, wallhack, vision hack, or anything like that.

I’m just really sad that I lost my account, and my brother lost his too. I’m asking if there’s anything else I can do to try to get the accounts back. Is there someone else I can contact, or someone who can review the gameplay footage and look into what happened?

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again.

Maybe take a word, with your other brothers or friends then?

Because it is extreme hard if not impossible to get banned for cheating, unless you are cheating.

Try look at my performance video, that is a good standpoint of what is possible in the game without cheating and against players that plays legit too.

I my case, the trustfactor system is stupid, because after that performance, i have only been matched up against Cheaters :steamfacepalm: :steamsad:

You have such a big family and only one computer? What a lie you’re telling.

You had a farming setup with 4 accounts. They weren’t your main accounts, and you logged into them once a week just to get the case. That’s why you got banned, and the farm should be banned as well.

Good luck, liar :p2chell:
I have 4 accounts and got banned at none.
Try better, liar.
I’m from Iraq, and the economy here isn’t the best, as some of you may already know. A lot of families here don’t even have a computer, so yes, we’re a big family and we only have one PC that we all share.

I understand if some people find that hard to believe, but I genuinely hope you won’t call me a liar because of it. I’m just trying to explain the situation as clearly as I can.

Thanks again, guys.
I really checked everything on the computer. I even checked whether anyone had installed any cracked or pirated games, and there were none. I’m extremely strict when it comes to the rules we have for using the computer at home, so I always make sure nobody installs anything suspicious or against the rules.
Using third party software to gain an unfair advantage in Counter Strike or to automate your bot-farming ventures violates Steam's Terms of Service.,

Creating additional Steam Accounts to circumvent a ban that you have earned violates Steam's Terms of Service.

Violating Steam's Terms of Service can result in a permanant ban from the Steam platform and Steam Communities.

As you have earned a ban on one account, you should soon face a ban on all accounts.

It is refreshing to see that Valve is actively banning farm botters finally.

To humor your statement- perhaps one of your 'brothers' is the guilty party; in which case the other individuals should not be banned - you can file a ticket and provide identity documents to verify you are authentic individuals during this process; assuming you are of the appropriate age to play Counter Strike 2 in the first place.

Does this even break any rules if he plays manually? Valve only makes more money off people buying the game and using the market. Not saying this guy is innocent tho.

It’s not bot farming if everyone is simply playing on their own account whenever they have free time. We’re four different people sharing the same PC, not one person running multiple accounts automatically.

And I don’t only play Deathmatch. I also play Competitive and Premier, and sometimes I play Deathmatch when I just want to relax and play casually.
and how can i file a ticket and where? since the steam keeps saying they have no way of lifting the ban

Multiaccounting is not against tos, learn to read.
Game bans in cs2 can be for many reasons, including cheating, griefing, botting, repeated bad behavior, or matchmaking manipulation.

If your bans are false they will be automatically removed at a later date, otherwise they are permanent and cannot be appealed for any reason.

"learn to read"?

Nice projection bud.

Not ironic at all.

Re-read what I wrote very, very, VERY slowly and you might realize I never said that it was.

Lying wont save you, everyone knows its your alts just for CS drops and not your "brothers"

Funny, I remember in CSGO we had plenty of posts of "brothers" causing vac bans, now those "brothers" cause game bans.
