CS:GO NVIDIA game filters only showing image sharpening stuck at 50%

Hi!
I've been using NVIDIA filters for a long time in CS:GO and now when i want to use it (ALT + F3), it only shows image sharpening stuck at 50% and i can't add filters anymore. The -allow_third_party_software command doesn't change anything. It used to work even without the command, but with FACEIT AC running. Somebody found a fix for that?

This is how i fix
1. Open geforce experience
2.look for your game it gonna be the minus icon on top left side on the your game picture
3 . Move mouse to your picture game Click detail in your game
4 .it gonna show game isn’t optimize Click optimize
5 then go back it should be the green icon plus on your game pic
6 lauch the game and alt +f3 it should be there
This is how i did it sorry for my english i just want to help

One thing that worked for me is restoring the Global settings under "Manage 3D Settings" in the Nvidia Control Panel back to the factory defaults.
