Any advice for solution?

I can`t login to my faceit account...i already contact support but i only get answer that my account is permanently locked without telling me any reason for that.I want to know why my faceit acc is permanently blocked..i have right to know the reason.If it is true,cause it was never my request and i want to know the reason for that.I don`t know what can i do now?If admins/agents whatever can do what they want and ignore my question.

The account you are on now dont have faceit so maybe you trying to ban invading? Not much we can help you with bc this its faceit problem so you have to speak with them.

Check my artworks..prove that i have faceit on this acc.But they permanently disable my faceit acc for no reason,and i dont get the answer why..at least i have right to know why.

They have change the rules so not sure what you have done but it seams like you have asked for a deactivation. if you where cheating or something like that they would just add a ban on your faceit profile. Like i sayed the only thing you can do its to ask faceit them self and sure if they dont want to tell you they have no rights to tell you.

I know...i already told them that it was not my request to deactivate account and they did not tell me that it was my request for deactivation.The only answer was ``your account is permanently disabled and cannot be recovered`` without telling me reason for that.What can i do now if support agents dont want to tell me reason for disabling my account?

Nothing, you can ask them if its okey for you to make a new account after 6 month.

But why someone locked my account permanently for no reason?Not my request,not nothing...for example some player can have 4k elo on faceit and they can deactivate his account just for no reason?And he can only create a new acc after 6 months?I think it cant be like that cause users on faceit have their rights.

Then can deactivate your account for many reason, im just saying they have rules that you have to wait 6 month. and still you have no rights to know why you account got deactivate.

There are no laws that are enforceable to always tell the user why they got banned or their account removed from their platform. If it was owned by the government sure they have to tell you why but companies don't need to at all. They can just say hey read a TOS and thats why you are banned. If you think its a law about that i would really want to see it.

Once again no reason to be rude, you are asking a Steam forum about faceit that has nothing to do with this platform at all. Another thing if you make the math if I'm 12 years old and have soon a 12 year old account you will see that the math doesn't add up

I never heard that they ban/disable someone`s acc for no reason?Every ban must be resonable with agreements.So you think that they can do what they want?For example they can perma deactivate someone with 5k elo just cause they can? I dont think so.

hmmm. I don't really use faceit myself but have you tried looking through the TOS to find any reasons for a termination? i wouldn't be surpsied if their policy is that they can disable or delete any account at any given time for no given reason at all.

Im afraid you'd have to take an L and start over

There is no reason,my last match on faceit was 10 months ago...I dont want to speculate...i have so many speculations on my mind but it makes no sense.The point is that i cant do nothing if support dont answer me with valid reason for disabling my account.
