Havent been trading for while, Steam Trades down?
I need to trade few skins, is trading down or what?
Doest it happen often? How long it can take till its back up? Can i fix it somehow?

Same problem for everyone. Steam does nothing about this problem for almost 3-4 weeks. Only thing to do is wait.

It's because there is too much transaction at the same time since the announcement of CS2
