Cooldown system (4 days mm cooldown)

I simply don't get it. I wasn't playing cs for past 2 years, as I played Valorant. I installed it back in februrary I think, anyway... I am constantly getting a cooldown for 'too many griefing reports', but the thing is, I don't even grief or troll. I play 2 matches, I got a 4 days cooldown, then I play another 2 matches and got a 4 days cooldown again, and this is a match-cooldown loop. I simply don't get it.

Like right now, I played a game with a full premade, we won the match against super toxic players, and I didn't even write a SINGLE MESSAGE(!), but these enemies kept calling me a cheater and ♥♥♥♥.
And guess what? Match is over, and I got a 4 days cooldown again. But I played with full premade! So these were the enemies that reported me...

Is it just me or someone else has a problem with these cooldowns? It's so annoying! I wanted to play some competitive CS, but I am far from my peek after 2 years of Valorant, so I don't even want to play ESEA or FACEIT, as I am a 30 years old man, nowhere close to my pre-valorant peak, and would get demolished by these 10lvl youngsters.

Its unfortunate but rules are quite strict on steam rather to accept it and try better to play with better people.

What do you mean by 'accept it and try to play better', if I played with a premade and nobody has reported me, while the enemies just did it for the lulz? :D

Have you been overly toxic the past games or played really bad like silver 1 (sometimes people report if you're really bad) because I haven't had this ever and I'm playing since 8 years constantly and so do my mates and they have never experienced anything like that and we all get accused of cheating sometimes.

Lol no. I mean if I was bad or I trolled then sure, I'd agree that I deserve the ban. But even after the break, I still manage to topfrag at the end of day.

I am pretty sure that Valve - unlike Riot - does not check the reports at all.
You exceed few reports, a premade troll enemies report you, and you just get banned.

play with a friend never get kicked
no point trying to kick them they will have a friend with them
they always start vote kicking once they have friend with them if not they just hide under radar for a while
and its stupid always has been
even Dc disrespect got vote kicked off game for no reason . pro's streamers and people playing normally
the only people getting kicked are people that play the game normally by trolls and people that dont speak your language
the unfortunate war in ukraine has also seen a increase of russians that are anti west kicking europeans

Poland is your region on your profile people click this then just report you for being from poland pretty simple as that.
you get kicked for top frag at the end of the last round every time
you can guess who is doing this
