That is their own trust score based on the amount of time, games and FaceIt performance. It has nothing to do with Valve's Trust Factor.
How do you know that?

There must be something to this statistic, because my buddy has a 80% trust factor according to this site and he much rarely has such accounts like me in his matchmaking and wingman..
