Yes it is working.. sometimes. It cancelled two matches yesterday when the enemies had a chater.

The VAC system doesn’t work at all. There are way too many cheaters in Premier mode. On top of that, the trust factor system is completely broken: if you get undeserved reports from other players, your trust factor drops, and then every match you play is against actual cheaters. Lol.
