VAC banning me randomly

Hello, yesterday i got a 20h VAC ban when i didn't cheated, i was even losing with a less than 1 KD ratio.
Today i got a 7 day VAC ban when i was just playing wingman.
I really don't understand how could i get flagged when my gameplay is this bad
If it wasn't obvious, i of course never cheated in my life
Can anybody help ?

You never saw my gameplay and how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it is, if i cheated i would at least get a better kill to death ratio
Jumping to conclusions VAC is just banning when i get a little bit more kills than last game is something

Even though I never use cheats, I get banned—even on a brand-new account—during my very first game. In short, I can no longer play the game at all.

My main account also got banned during this absurd ordeal; it’s a 151-day suspension, so I’m left with no choice but to create a new account.

Every single account I create gets banned during the very first match—without exception.

The situation is truly pathetic; I honestly don’t know what to do.
