Loadouts showing up wrong

[The Return of Chad Thundercock]

while practicing some guns on Inferno bot lobby, I ended up missing the entire pistol round because 2 things happened:
R8 Revolver was replaced with p250 and required me to buy and refund guns until it showed up again
and pressing delete or clicking the refund button stopped working.
Anyone know why this happened?

I don’t play in bots lobby, but in multiplayer all is fine.
