Unfair repeated cooldowns and 1-mont

Hello Counter-Strike 2 Team,

I am writing to report a serious issue with repeated long-term cooldowns and bans in Counter-Strike 2.

I have received 7-day cooldowns multiple times in the past, and now I have been given a full one-month cooldown. This issue has happened to me across multiple accounts. I do not use any cheats, hacks, or third-party software, and my gameplay is completely normal and legitimate.

I want to clarify that my electricity does not cut out while I am playing, nor do I intentionally disconnect from matches. Therefore, I do not understand why my accounts keep receiving these severe penalties.

What makes this extremely frustrating is that blatant cheaters and hackers continue to play without getting banned, while legitimate players like me, who just play normally, keep getting hit with long cooldowns and bans. Why does this happen to normal players instead of actual cheaters?

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for a fair investigation into why my accounts keep getting these repeated penalties and why a one-month cooldown was applied.

Please review this issue, check my accounts, and help me resolve this unfair situation.
