VAC has flagged your gameplay as irregular” detection.

Hello Counter-Strike 2 Support Team,

I am contacting you to report what appears to be a recurring issue with VAC Live and its “VAC has flagged your gameplay as irregular” detection.

My account received a 20-hour competitive cooldown, followed by another cooldown lasting 7 days after the issue occurred again. I do not use cheats or knowingly use any software intended to manipulate gameplay.

I have also found recent reports from other players describing similar incidents, including repeated 20-hour cooldowns followed by 7-day cooldowns.

I understand that Steam Support generally cannot manually remove competitive cooldowns. However, I would appreciate it if this case could be forwarded to the Counter-Strike development team for a technical investigation.

Could you please review the circumstances surrounding these incidents and determine whether the VAC Live detection system is incorrectly flagging legitimate players?

I am willing to provide screenshots, match details, timestamps, and any other information required to investigate this issue.

My main concern is not simply the current cooldown, but the possibility of receiving increasingly longer cooldowns because of a recurring detection error.

Wassup men, i have the same problem totally the same, except i got insta banned for 7 days without even getting banned from mm cuz of leaving or etc. Its crazy i was just playing and yee the gonna give me break for 7 days

Vac is working great. Having no cheaters in games now is all the proof we need that they are not false cooldowns and bans.

Valve is banning everyone, cheater or not :c it's something related to using snipers too often

Funny vac hasn't banned one player that was legit. We know this because we don't play against cheaters anymore since the vaclive wave. If you got a cooldown you broke the rules.

False bans are not real. I play all day in comp and premier. The people getting bans and cooldowns broke the rules.

Legit players like me are not being banned. Multi account holders are the ones mostly targeted. For some reason people with more than 1 account are being banned and getting the cooldowns. No reason to have a 2nd account anyway.

I have 1100 hours in the game bro I play like ♥♥♥♥ in premiere but I was playing competitive with my unranked friends and it was genuinely like I was playing against bots I got vacced after I got ace with awp I swear Im legit

Weird cause my friends and I play all day everyday. Sorry to say but if you got a cooldown or ban you broke the rules.

Legit players like my friends, (mostly professional esports gamers) and I will never experience this let alone get stacking cooldowns.

I play full lobby with my friends in internet cafe we all play in the same place same internet same pcs and no one is fking cheating my friends dont even have 50 hours in the game got vac flagged whatever the ♥♥♥♥ they are a complete bots I frag a little because of the ass matchmaking we play against ez bots almost every time try playing with someone new to the game and use awp if ur good enough u will get banned
