New PC, now CS2 startup time is 25x slower (longer).

I went from a 2023 MSI gaming laptop to a 2026 gaming desktop, and CS2 now takes 25x the time to startup, and window title says something like "(Not responding)". After experiencing this four or five times, I began going AFK and/or Alt+tabbing longer while CS2 would then load in the background.

I'm launching it from Steam, each day.

I hope some flag in a certain variable can be changed to improve that. If not, then start searching the startup sequence for any parts that can be optimized.

Note: I noticed that after closing CS2, then executing `cs2.exe` manually (directly), it loads at normal speed (2-3 seconds.) But, I don't know how much (if any) of that was cache, or already in memory, for a quick restart.

How do I report a problem, or notify Support?

laptop not good for cs 2 you should watch optimization problem on youtube maybe it can fix your problem
