VAC gives False positive

NEED HELP
its the third time i get a VAC suspension, now i cant play for 31 days, and i dont understand why, first i thought it was for "mem reduct" a software i used to reduce the use of ram, but im not using it anymore, i dont have cheats or anything, and i didnt have anything on the background, what could be the cause? what can i do? a whole month is too much

I don't play premier, just competitive but without the points i dont know how to explain it, i didnt bought premier because i dont have the money, just playing competitive but without the premier
