The Current Map Selection System Is Terrible and Needs to Change!!! POST 16!!!!!!

I’m personally very satisfied with the game itself, but there are certain decisions I’m genuinely unhappy with. The biggest one is this ridiculous blind-box-style map selection system. It makes absolutely no sense, and it clearly shows zero consideration for how players actually feel. Don’t even talk about doing things for the players. This is just a load of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!

Look at PUBG. They have multiple maps too, so why can they offer both map selection and random map matchmaking, while CS still refuses to do the same? Instead of making meaningful improvements to the actual gameplay experience, you keep adding more and more features to skins while the core game gets little to no meaningful changes.

You can call it a unique feature or part of CS’s identity all you want, but I’ll call it what it is: a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ design choice and a mistake.

Players want a better gaming experience. What you’re giving us is what you THINK is a better experience, not what the players actually want.

Players have been complaining about this map selection system repeatedly, yet their feedback continues to be ignored. It’s honestly disgusting.

For me, I just want to play Dust 2. ONLY Dust 2!! But every damn time, I’m forced to play other maps that I have absolutely no interest in. It’s ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ frustrating and disgusting!!

WHY CAN’T YOU JUST LET PLAYERS CHOOSE THE MAP THEY WANT TO PLAY?!
