AIMBOT BOTS AND PLAYERS
How is CS2 still so full of bots in Deathmatch, Casual, and even Arms Race? You queue up expecting to play against actual people, and instead you end up wondering how many players in the lobby are even real. Modes that should be fun and easy to jump into end up feeling like a complete waste of time.

And that’s before mentioning players who appear to be using blatant aimbots and somehow keep playing without getting banned. When cheating looks that obvious and nothing seems to happen, how are legitimate players supposed to have any confidence in the anti-cheat? Outside of the occasional VAC Live cancellation, what visible reassurance are players getting that VAC is actually effective?

What makes all of this worse is how little Valve seems to be doing about it—or communicating about what they’re doing. For a company behind one of the biggest competitive shooters in the world, this is embarrassing. Players shouldn’t have to keep begging for basic server quality, fair matches, and meaningful action against bots and cheaters.

The community clearly cares about Counter-Strike. Valve’s silence makes it feel like that care only goes one way.

WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 2 YEARS ALREADY FOR A CHANGE AND NOTHING CHANGED, HOW MANY YEARS WE STILL HAVE TO WAIT?

Report the bots for cheating. Once each per match. That flags their accounts.

When i join deathmatch it is practically full of bots with aimbots 7-10 of them not one
What's even the point to join DM?.......to report them all and not playing at all?
Valve does so much about the cheating problem recently and in the last few weeks have gotten rid of nearly all cheaters in competitive game modes thanks to the recent VACnet updates.
Somehow I feel like you arent telling the truth, when you say Valve does nothing. Because they have dont alot in the past month.

It’d help to actually do that. I think Valve needs to target the other game modes.

They do. I agree there. G4BR13L seems to have run into the latest generation of bot farm bots.

Bot farms are using LLM Generative AI to code iterations at a very rapid rate. I think Valve does need to start targeting those bot behaviors now. For now though, it’s good that they figured out the heuristics behind humans cheating. I think bot farming is the next step.

If you checked the video bots also copy real players cross hair when first one spec them.
I don't even know how that's possible and how valve would handle those AI bots unless they force a background check at the kernel level.

False.

The VACnet updates clearly show how much Valve does work on the anticheat recently. So saying "how little Valve seems to be doing about it" is misleading at best.

The community clearly cares about Counter-Strike. Valve’s silence makes it feel like that care only goes one way. They did nothing for a decade, they pretended that the problems would not go away. And now cheaters are destroying CS as the whole world is destroying barbarians immigrants who got there illegally.

Because the Democrats have won. Now it all will be again in the ♥♥♥♥ and the LGBT flags everywhere. CS contributes to the development of spy and fraudulent computer programs. They did nothing for a decade, they pretended that the problems dosen t exist. And now cheaters are destroying CS as the whole world is destroying by barbarians immigrants who got there illegally.
