Why multiple reports? Reports not working

Why we can report multiple times a player in a single game? It should display a message: you already reported this player.
Also, after reporting a cheater, why the reports dont do something? We matched yesterday against a raging cheater, we were 4 players in the team. We reported him because he was using wall, but nothing happened. Instead adding chickend and stupid tricks and bunnyhop, these stupid game developers should improve better the gameplay.

How is it possible that you make 4 consecutive taps with deagle and tap after tap with ak47? How come that a player can run like a bot, doesnt know how to throw a smoke and insta tap enemies?

How come is it possible for anticheat to not detect a player that has 83% trust rating but is not vac banned?

Why is your system so bad and hard to make it really work?

Why we dont receive back our xp if a player is banned? It takes a lot of time to win a match, to gain xp and lose 10 matches in a row against cheaters.

How come we have 11-3 we end up losing With 11-13 after a player disconnected and reconnected and impossible to make only 1 kill?

How come if someone abbandons the game we are forced to play 40 min only to lose xp?

Does this company knows what is doing with this game?
