Hello Valve Support,

I am writing to appeal my 31-day competitive cooldown in Counter-Strike 2.

I have over 4,400 hours of playtime and a Prime account. I have never used cheats, hacks, scripts, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.

Recently, I received a 7-day cooldown. After it expired, I started playing again with my friends, but shortly afterward, VACNet detected irregular gameplay and canceled our match. I then received another 31-day cooldown.

I strongly believe this may have been a false detection. I have not cheated, and I do not understand why I am being punished for something I did not do. My friends were also affected by this situation.

I have invested thousands of hours into this game, and it is extremely frustrating to receive such a long cooldown despite playing fairly.

I kindly ask you to review this situation and investigate whether VACNet made a mistake.
