Anyone else getting global cooldown for no reason?

so i was on my FIRST match today, 4th place on my team, 9 kills, 3 deaths.
the match gets VAC cancelled, and boom. im on global cooldown. i can share logs and everything, i dont got any cheats nor anything custom other than my crosshair which is literally from the settings.

the new VAC system, BAN legit players for cry so now you need to pay for cheats if you want to play safe, hirony of the life (?) xD thats ridiculously but we trust you.

Like, make your anticheat better Valve, just roll it back to what it was so legit players stop getting banned.
