Its basically a VACnet madness, if you get cooldown again wait for a week or two so you wont get longer cooldown and try then. I dont think you can do anything else until they fix it. Dont foget to send info to steam support cooldown feedback, maybe they read it and the more players send feedback the faster they fix.

This is totally bullsh1t, My party got VAC ban twice. cs2 is killing its legit players.

VAC is drunk right now, as it always is just this time it's in reverse. I'd recommend waiting it out till they patch it. Absolutely egregious amount of reported hiccups.
