In case you did not know, here are some things regarding VAC philosophy and why Valve hasn't yet released a Kernel-Level AC-

• VAC works on server-end, not on user hardware.
  
• Kernel-Level anti-cheat can be bypassed by Kernel-Level Cheats which has already been seen in BF6, COD, Genshin Impact etc.
  
• Valve has no way of ensuring that the user hasn't tampered with his/her system that he/she has physical access to but Valve doesn't.
  
• Valve used Overwatch from CSGO to train its AC model and now uses trusted sources to further train its AC.
  
• Valve believes that you cannot lie about your gameplay behavior and thus keeps a record of it and analyzes your play throughout your gameplay. If it's too good all of a sudden, you are marked.
  
• Valve doesn't ban cheaters instantly. They get marked for future ban.
