Closed lobbies should only be matched against other closed lobbies!
Valve should bring back a matchmaking system similar to what we had in CS:GO.

Players queuing as a full party or with friends should be matched against parties of similar sizes. Solo players should play against other solo players.

For example:

5-player parties against 5-player parties.

2 or 3-player parties against parties of similar sizes.

Solo players against other solo players.

The current system is extremely unfair. When you queue with just one or two friends, you can end up facing a coordinated team with a high-level main account being boosted by a brand-new secondary account using DMA cheats or wallhacks.

This creates an easy way for cheaters and their teammates to boost ranks while avoiding consequences on their main accounts. Meanwhile, legitimate solo players are constantly exposed to these unfair matches.

Why should solo players have to compete against coordinated groups abusing this system?

Matchmaking should be fair for everyone. Closed parties should face closed parties, and solo players should face solo players.

If cheaters want to exploit the system, at least they should end up playing against each other instead of ruining legitimate players' competitive experience.

I agree people playing in a party play above their rank consistently cause they coordinate way better, but to be fair they are still in the same rank as you so statistically you should have a chance, i think this is a minor thing and not a big deal if they dont do it.
The problem is that people are exploiting this to sneak a cheater into a 5-player party.
