what an embarrassment the vac system is, im unranked in premier as i have just recently picked up the game again, silver in competitive for the maps i have played. i was playing nuke, missed several shots, then got lucky with a wallbang at the same location ive missed the previous shots. and after this the match gets ended and i receive a 20 hour cooldown, what an absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke, hopefully they are atleast catching cheaters while giving cooldowns to people who support their game and have invested significant amount of hours and money into the game. be better valve, let me play fairly in peace

Good afternoon! My name is Vadim, I’m 36 years old, and I’ve only played CS all my life. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, and my only pastime is this game. And I constantly encounter what I consider to be unfair gameplay, and since 2019, no one who plays against me has ever been banned. But I’m currently at 3–3, after I killed two people with AWP and the third one killed me — the game banned me. Although I’ve never played unfairly or used cheats. It’s really frustrating that they definitely use them against me and don’t ban anyone. I calmly play after a hard day at work to somehow relax and spend time without thinking about life and work, which is not easy for any of us. And what do I end up with? The game bans me for no reason and without any apparent reason for 20 hours. I really love this game, and it’s really disappointing that, due to unfair treatment, I’ll be left feeling very upset and bewildered — why is it me, an adult who promotes fair play and mutual respect, who’s being punished? Please lift the ban on me!
But at the same time, I’m not asking you not to check me — be sure to check me, and you’ll see that I’m just an ordinary player who plays CS like chess and tries to think!
