VAC Cooldown

Yesterday I got a 31 days cooldown despite the fact that I have never cheated in my life. In CS2 the reason is ,,VAC has flagged your gameplay as irregular''. If I go on Steam Support and to ,,Reason for your recent competition suspension'' (sorry if mistranslated), it tells me that the reasoning is ,,unexpected error''. This happened after the previous 7 days cooldown ran out, played the first match and it got cancelled eventually, with me getting a cooldown again. The first cooldown was issued 8 days before the seven days cooldown, both of them with the same reasoning. I would really like to understand the reasoning, because I genuinely have no idea. I checked every program on my PC to see if theres something that could trigger VAC, I even installed faceit and their own Anti-Cheat, and there was no problem with that whatsoever. I tried to contact Valve via their feedback mail, but no reply. I could even provide gameplay clips from the game yesterday if necessary. If someone has any idea how to help me I would be very happe, because I have no clue what to do/fix , I really would if I knew. Thx already
