Hello Steam Support Team,
My account and my friend's account have been banned by the anti-cheat system in Counter-Strike 2, and we have been restricted for about a month now. I am writing to kindly ask you to review this decision, as I believe the ban was issued in error.
The ban occurred during a match where I got my first 3 kills. In that match, I was playing only with a Scout and a Deagle. I didn't shoot or kill anyone through smoke, and my performance was standard.
I want to emphasize that I have never used cheats or any third-party prohibited software on Steam. The only time I ever tried a cheat was in Roblox, which was over three years ago and completely unrelated to my Steam account.
This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and we are deeply saddened by this ban since we always play fairly. Could you please check my match history and data to verify that no malicious software was used?
