Repeated VACNet false detections – 7-day cooldown and 1,000 CSR loss

Hello Counter-Strike 2 developers and community.

I’m experiencing repeated VACNet cooldowns, and I believe my account may be incorrectly flagged by the system.

What happened:

* I was playing solo, without any friends or party members.
* The match was cancelled by the VAC system after approximately two rounds. I had only one kill.
* I received a 7-day competitive cooldown.
* The cancelled match does not appear in my match history, so I cannot provide a demo or match share code.
* This is not the first time this has happened. I have previously received similar cooldowns, including one lasting approximately 24 hours.

Additional information:

* I do not use cheats, macros, scripts, or third-party software that affects gameplay.
* I have changed my mouse several times, but the issue has continued.
* Each incident appears to result in a loss of approximately 1,000 CSR.
* My Premier rating before the latest incident was approximately 3,300.

What I would like to ask:

Could the Counter-Strike team investigate why my account is repeatedly triggering VACNet?

I would appreciate it if you could check whether these detections are false positives, investigate whether there may be a technical issue, and review the CSR deductions caused by these cancelled matches.

I understand that VACNet is designed to protect fair play, but repeated cooldowns and rating losses are seriously affecting my experience despite playing without cheats or prohibited software.
