Just got a 20hour cooldown for "gameplay irregularity"

I was playing scout, got some nasty headshots got banned... Does this affect my account in anyway? Iam a very avarage player with some really good days (by my standards, which isnt much).
Is there some support ticket to dispute this?

funny thing is i was on mic telling my team that "those trash cant even win with cheats" when the match got canceled. Guess the jokes on me
