It's almost like all the tricks "legits" used, to fly under the radar, are now all suddenly being actioned.
It seems like they have no clue what to do now and they are in full panic-mode.

It's kind of funny and sad at the same time.

I have to admit, I also find it a little funny and sad at the same time that a game like Counter-Strike, which has been around since 2008, still hasn't figured out how to properly handle anti-cheat. On top of that, they're now using AI and still seem to be having problems on all fronts.

I've also noticed that there are a lot of people like you in Counter-Strike. I usually call you the "paranoid bad players". In other words, according to your logic, anyone with mediocre stats, playing in mediocre leagues, with over 5,000 hours in the game and tens of thousands of dollars worth of items in their inventory, must be a cheater. When in reality, they might simply be better than you, and you just refuse to accept it, so you take the easy way out: "They're cheaters", and that's it.

If your theory actually had any logical basis, I'd genuinely like you to explain in detail what sense it makes for someone to use cheats just to play in mediocre leagues and maintain mediocre stats. Are you seriously going to tell me that people use cheats just to play badly as well?

A test is per definition a manipulation of a system to look for/rule out/confirm an expected result.

How would that not be manipulating the system, when that's not normally how I play?
